StockFashion24 sells only to businesses: we process the data of the companies that open an account and of the people who work for them (name, e-mail, telephone, addresses, VAT number) to manage the account, the orders, invoicing and shipping, and, with consent, the newsletter.
Proof of consent. When you sign up, accept an invitation, send the contact form or confirm the newsletter, we record the text you accepted, its version, the date and time, the language and your IP address, to be able to prove your consent. The IP address is deleted automatically after 2 years; the rest of the record is kept as long as the consent is relevant.
