1- Who we are
The website stockfashion24.com is run by Stockfashion OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia: registered office Tornimäe tn 5, Kesklinna linnaosa, 10145 Tallinn, Harju maakond, registry code 17478846, VAT number EE102973886. E-mail: info@stockfashion24.com.
2- Business customers only
StockFashion24 sells only to professional resellers with a VAT number: shops, online retailers, wholesalers and other companies that buy in the course of their business. We do not sell to private consumers.
To open an account a company gives its company name and VAT number (outside the European Union, its business registration or tax identification number). We check every request before approving it and may refuse or close an account that does not meet these conditions. By registering, and with every order, the customer confirms that it buys for its business.
The rules that protect consumers, including the right of withdrawal, do not apply to the sales made on this website.
3- Orders and payment
Prices are wholesale prices, shown to signed-in customers. Any minimum order value is shown in the cart before checkout. An order is confirmed when we receive the payment; once it is being processed it cannot be changed, and every addition is a new order.
We accept credit card, PayPal and bank transfer. For card and PayPal payments the invoice is issued at the time of payment; for bank transfers, when the payment is received. Orders not paid within 3 days are cancelled: the customer receives a reminder and can send the transfer receipt to keep the order while the payment arrives.
VAT is applied according to the rules for sales between businesses (for example intra-EU supply or reverse charge, when their conditions are met); otherwise the applicable VAT rate is charged on the invoice.
4- Delivery
We ship with several couriers, such as DHL, FedEx, TNT and UPS. Orders are processed within 3 working days from payment; delivery times are estimates. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout from the weight and the destination. The customer may have the order collected by its own courier at no extra cost, by sending us the courier's details. The goods are stored in several warehouses, so a multi-brand order may leave from more than one address.
The customer checks the parcels on delivery and writes any visible damage on the courier's delivery note. The risk of the goods passes to the customer when they are handed to the courier.
5- Complaints, returns and refunds
We check every item when we buy it and when we ship it. If a product is faulty or different from the order, the customer reports it within 7 days of delivery:
- Write to info@stockfashion24.com with the order number and the information and photos of each product concerned.
- We approve the request and send an RMA number.
- The customer ships the products with the RMA number.
- Our warehouse receives the parcel and checks the products.
- We issue a credit note or refund the price of the products accepted.
Products that match the order are not taken back. Our liability is limited to replacing the products concerned or refunding their price.
6- Privacy and cookies
The processing of personal data and the use of cookies are governed by our privacy policy and cookie policy. Where this section and those documents differ, those documents prevail.
7- Images and texts made with AI
Some product images (for example the product worn by a model) and some texts on this website are generated or retouched with artificial intelligence. AI-generated images are marked «AI».
Images are for illustration only: the product code, size, colour and composition shown on the product page are binding, and the product delivered is the one described there.
To write texts and create images we use AI services of Anthropic and Google; how personal data is processed is explained in the privacy policy.
8- Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms and every sale made on this website are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
9- Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published when an order is placed applies to that order.
