Modules, each one on its own
A core you start with, and modules you switch on when you need them. AI services are metered: you pay what you use.
Catalogue and stock
Products, sizes, barcodes, photos, price lists per customer, stock per warehouse with the goods already committed by open orders. Imports from Excel and from your logistics partner's file.
Orders and documents
Orders, proforma, invoices, credit notes, delivery notes, numbering by series, FIFO lot costs and margins, the Intrastat file for the customs declaration.
B2B portal and public site
Your retailers register, see their own prices and order any mix of sizes; public pages of the catalogue in several languages.
Dropship feeds and API
Product and stock feeds in CSV, XML and JSON per partner, an order API with a sandbox, a Shopify connector for partners who run their own shop.
CRM and mail
Customer cards, contacts, group mailings, mail threads filed on the card, leads from the web, reorder rhythm and alerts for the sales team.
AI product photos
From a warehouse snapshot to a still on white and a worn shot on a fixed model, with a review queue before anything goes online. Metered: priced per photo.
Suppliers and purchasing
Supplier cards, purchase orders, incoming deliveries that become stock lots with their cost, shared margins by brand.
Statistics
Sales, margins, countries, brands, stock value over time, rotation and reorder rhythm, all from the same documents.

We start with your catalogue
You send an Excel or the file of your logistics partner. We load it into your own space, with your price lists and your warehouses. Nothing is typed twice.

Your team works on it for a month
Orders, documents, stock. We sit with you in the first week and adjust what does not fit your way of working.

Then you switch on the modules you want
Portal, feeds, CRM, photos. Each has its own licence; the AI ones are metered per use, with a cap you set.

What it costs
A monthly licence per module, sized on your volumes, plus the AI you use. We send a quotation after the demo, not before.
